Build a sailing yacht, a luxury or mega yacht, a motorsailer or a motor yacht in steel or aluminum.
We have long practising experience in steel and aluminum yacht building.
We know the techniques, the technicians and the yards.
We have implemented computer technology in order to achieve maximum results in quality and optimum results in the ratio strength/weight.
We use computer numeric control (CNC) technology to cut from plates all structural members in high precision.
The plating is then formed with the use of presses and wooden molds
while the strengthening elements are formed manually from the flat modules.
Great care is given into the continuity of the structure and to the elimination of stress concentration points.
We only use approved metals for marine application.

Steel yacht construction - is strong, inexpensive and easily repairable worldwide.
The 5mm plating is the minimum practically usable considering welding
and corrosion allowance and its application for optimum weight starts at 16m hull lengths.
The strength/weight ratio of our structural design is high which creates hulls of competitive performance,
if top racing is not the target.
We cover our steel constructions with wood in order to create an aesthetically improved result.
Modern paints and airless techniques can offer long term protection against rust.

Aluminum yacht construction - gives excellent strength/weight ratio and has no corrosion.
Painting is optional. With the right choice of the rest of the metallic elements on board and the right cathodic protection
the hull can remain as new without maintenance. We use aluminum to build lighter superstructures on steel hulls fastened by
electrically isolating bolt joints. We also use bimetallic elements (steel and aluminum pressed together) to join structural members
in case of hull extensions or advance structures. We use aluminum to construct high quality sailing yachts with racing performance,
luxury yachts and fast motorsailer and motor yachts.
