Our ConstructionThe design of the construction of the VK series aluminum yachts follows the American Bureau of Shipping rules for building and classifying offshore sailing yachts. The above rules in combination with our building experience produce light and strong constructions. Our construction incorporates specialized integrated and solid members which increase strength and improve construction quality. We design every single member of the construction down to the last detail developing thus a complete construction kit in a form which is ready to be used for cutting and forming by CNC machines. We also develop the manual of the building phases where we specify the order for the setting up of all elements of the construction kit. |

Our MaterialsThe materials of the VK series aluminum yachts are Lloyd's 3.2 approved Aluminum alloys. The elements of the construction kit are prepared according to our designs by the latest technology laser cutters in the Netherlands and by CNC milling machines in Poland. |

Our Boat buildingThe building of the VK series aluminum yachts takes place at Gdansk in Poland under our supervision and technical instructions. The yard is specialized in aluminum constructions for over 15 years. The building process follows the building phases as described in the construction manual developed by VK Yacht AB. The setting up and the welding of the construction is performed by qualified technicians. The hull is finally approved by the Bureau Veritas. |

Our interior and equipmentThe materials for the interior and the equipment of the VK series aluminum yachts are carefully selected according to our experience. Our providers are well established companies like Divinycell, Selden, Harken, Lewmar, Jefa and Vetus. The carpentry is made by experience wooden boat builders in Gdansk. The installation of the equipment is done by authorized technicians. All jobs are performed under our supervision and technical instructions. When ready the yacht receives the CE approval and is delivered to the owner. |
